About Lily Leaf Psychological Services
Successful therapy depends on finding the right fit between therapist and client. With over 30 years of clinical experience, I bring a flexible, integrative approach to treatment that allows therapy to be tailored to your specific needs, goals, and circumstances.
My work is collaborative and grounded in problem-solving. We establish a strong therapeutic alliance and work together to facilitate meaningful and lasting change. I value your lived experience and take care to ensure that treatment aligns with what matters most to you.
I specialize in working with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My clinical focus includes helping clients reduce the impact of trauma, improve emotional functioning, and enhance overall quality of life. I have extensive experience treating couples, including those navigating trauma histories, infidelity, and other relationship injuries.
I am a U.S. Army veteran and have worked extensively with individuals at all levels of leadership in both private-sector and government settings. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy through the Beck Institute, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and additional evidence-based approaches.
I am licensed to provide telepsychology services in over 40 U.S. PSYPACT states and territories.
